Profile of the Management Team
Shortly after graduate school and entering the business world, Charter Oak Brewing’s founder, Scott Vallely, discovered the fun and pleasure of brewing beer in his cellar ....... that was over 30 years and thousands of 5 gallon buckets ago. He soon learned that his homebrewed beers had infinitely more taste and body to the mass produced products on the market. Shortly thereafter, Vallely began to visit the micro craft breweries in the Northeast and forged his position and love for micro crafted beers. Recently, P. Scott Vallely spent time working with New Century Brewing Company, in Boston and quickly became excited to dedicate his focus to the micro beer brewing world.
His past thirty years in the business world illustrated a string of successful entities he started up and later sold, all of which where in the pulp and paper industry. After selling his last enterprise, Paper.com LLC, he decided to exit the paper market for one that is more dynamic (and fun!). His role at Charter Oak Brewing Company will focus on creating brews, developing strategies, and selling beer. He will manage the operations and provide overall direction and strategy.
Scott Vallely is a hands-on entrepreneur and will be personally conducting many of the tastings. His love for both Lager and Ale craft beer and dedication to making Charter Oak beer brands successful is his #1 objective and if you leave a comment, most likely, it will be Scott that will respond.
Taking the beer market over by storm! …. a storm in every glass.
